What is your return/exchange refund policy?

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, most of our items are final sale. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging.

We would be pleased to exchange or give you a store credit on most items you buy online, up to 30 days after your receive your order. We will gladly exchange up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please note: for online returns/exchange, 30- and 14-day return/exchange policy begins after you receive item.

Due to copyright laws, computer and game console software in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

All products (defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

 How to Return or Exchanges Items

For any exchange or return please Email Us with you detail, Order #, and why you are exchange it or retuning the product, The exchange and return department will issue RA #, no exchanges without RA #, Any merchandise sent back without a RA# will be charged a $9 Handling Fee.

Please make the video if you can and send it to and include your return id # in the subject title.

Please allow us 72 hours before you receive a reply from one of our technicians.

If you follow the steps above and we identify the product to be defected, send it by Canada Post, US postal Service. You must pay for the shipping charge, if the item is faulty, we reimburse the shipping cost. NO refund

 Shipping and Handling

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Toronto warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout Canada and internationally. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

When a product is shipped we put our trust in Canada Post, US Postal service At When you place an order, an estimated shipping and delivery time will appear based upon the availability of your item(s). Please note:

All Canadian orders will be eligible for tracking numbers via Canada Post and only Priority Shipping to every where else will be eligible. Unfortunately, due to the postal service change at the border, US orders will not receive one. Shipping may take up to 5-30 days depending on the destination. Please note: some Customs Fees may apply to international destinations.
